EPW - Patek Philippe, Genève, chronograph, heavy 18K gold original American market J&S (Jeannot & Shiebler) HC with small Jürgensen-style lips, gold cuvette marked for retailer Jaques & Marcus of New York, trefoil shape bow, "Jaques & Marcus New York" marked white enamel SS dial, SW-SS, fully capped lever escapement with moustache counterpoise, at least 22J, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, s#62520 with matching serial number within case. Gross weight of assembled watch 92.6 dwt (144.1 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, good chronograph function, setting functioning properly but crown requires a firm pull to engage setting, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, plates with some scattered micro-fine scratches and areas of mild haze, few small bits of oxide to steelwork; nearly flawless dial with two pinpoint nicks at center below hands, pinpoint edge nick under bezel near 10; nearly mint hands; case shows very light wear, no dents or dings, engine turning detail with some reduction at shoulders, rear hinge missing one end-cap; tight bow, crown shows medium wear with ridge break; good glass crystal.
